They also help top leaders develop a meaningful sense of purpose and culture that will deliver results for their organization — and catalyze change when needed.

I created content for The Vanguard Network LinkedIn, New Leaders LinkedIn, The Vanguard Network YouTube, The New Leaders Instagram, and The Vanguard Network Instagram.

I also established an overarching content calendar for the content team (a team of video editors as well as a writer), and myself, to follow. Each month had a corresponding theme and each theme related to an upcoming event. The social content calendar, newsletter, and virtual webinars were all related to the central monthly idea.
